The purpose of the workshop \u201cArchive, memory and photography\u201d is to understand photography as a historic testimony, organized by Casa Museo Eduardo Frei Montalva every Saturday of October. The four classes are orientated to develop the photography experience and the observation capacity, interpretation and visual analysis based on the concept of image archives. Also, the participants will create a blueprint (a technique of photographic emulsion from the 19<sup>th<\/sup> century), which will be part of a closing exhibition.<\/p>\n<p>This activity is for all publics from 14 years old. It starts on Saturday 10 in October at 15:00p.m to 18:00 p.m. and same scheduled on 17, 24 and 31 of October in the audiovisual room at Casa Museo EFM located at Hindenburg 683, Providencia. Free registration (limited places) through email: contacto@casamuseoeduardofrei.cl or phone contact (562) 2881 8674.<\/p>\n<p>The only requirement to participate is that you have a digital camera (it is not exclusive having a reflex camera; you can even have your cellphone), enthusiasm to learn something new and choose an image that means something important to you. After 4 classes, the workshop will finish on Saturday 31 with the exhibition of digital shoots and blueprints made by the students and also the traditional ceremony of diplomas.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop \u201cArchive, memory and photography\u201d is led by Alejandra Silva, Visual Arts graduated, who also has a Master in Photographic Investigation and Creation at Finis Terrae University, Chile. She recently studied a course named \u201cThe Dynamic City: Exploring The Changing Cityscape\u201d at The International Center of Photography (ICP), New York, United States.
